Joel Berman, Owner and President of Virtuosic Properties, Inc., is an alumnus of SDSU. Joel understands and cares about fulfilling the needs of college students who rent from his company. Joel and his staff are dedicated in offering a well-maintained rental property, incredible tenant services, and fast maintenance work that fits into your schedule.


James Henderson, Property and Development Manager, is a proud Aztec Alumni. Working in the Real Estate field for 6+ Years, James understands the importance of communication and dedication in building lasting relationships with our clients. 


Aaron Buckner, Maintenance Coordinator. Aaron is a former D-1 athlete playing Football in Oregon. With years of construction and contracting experience Aaron knows the ins and outs of the jobs and is happy to help with any and all maintenance issues that may arise!
