All maintenance requests should be submitted online through your tenant portal! If your issue needs immediate attention please contact us through your house group-chat.
This FAQ is intended for properties with one unit OR if all units on the property have been rented to one group.
This FAQ is intended for properties with multiple units of which your group is only occupying one unit.
First months pro-rated rent is due on the lease start date.
All other months rent is due on the first with a 5 day grace period. After the 5th day an automatic late fee will be applied.
All maintenance requests must be submitted through your online portal.
If there is an emergency (sfety issue, water leak or electircal issues) please message in your house groupchat.
If you smell gas you must call SDGE immediately at 1 (800) 611 - 7343
Trash (black bin) gets picked up every Friday morning.
Recylcle (blue bin) gets picked up every other week.
Yard and food debris (green bin) gets picked up every other week opposite of recycle.
Do not mix bins! The city will not pick up your trash if there is recycling in it.
All of our properties have contracts with Terminex.
Terminex provides a quarterly exterior spray and will return as many times as needed until an issue is resolved.
Parking permits are applied for online through the city.
This process usually takes around 2 weeks so plan accordinly.
You will need to upload to forms of proof of residency: 1) your full lease 2) update your school mailing address on file
Yes! All of our properties are fully documented prior to your move in to get the condition of the house on your move-in.
Tenants are more than welcome to send their own pictures of items they want documented to info@sdsuliving.com within seven (7) days of your lease start date.
